-
Copy, reproduce, or republish our e-books or substantial portions of their content.
-
Distribute, share, resell, or give away purchased digital files.
-
Upload our products to public websites, file-sharing platforms, or online repositories.
-
Repackage, modify, or present our content as their own original work.
-
Use our written materials or designs for commercial purposes without authorization.
Purchasing an e-book grants access to the product; it does not transfer ownership of its copyright or grant permission for unauthorized redistribution.
3. Plagiarism and False Attribution
Anchor does not permit plagiarism, false authorship claims, or the unauthorized appropriation of original content.
Presenting Anchor's original materials as your own work, removing copyright notices to misrepresent ownership, or reproducing protected content without authorization may constitute copyright infringement or another unlawful act, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
We respect the intellectual property rights of other authors and expect our customers and partners to do the same.
4. Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights
Anchor reserves the right to investigate suspected infringement and take appropriate action where legally justified. Such action may include requesting the removal of unauthorized copies, submitting platform complaints, issuing formal notices, or pursuing available civil or other legal remedies.
Any action taken will be subject to applicable law and the rights of the parties concerned.
5. Permission and Licensing Requests
If you wish to reproduce, quote extensively, adapt, distribute, or commercially use material from an Anchor publication, please contact us through the official contact form on our website to request written permission which will be reviewed at our discretion.
Permission must be obtained before the intended use unless the use is independently permitted by applicable law.
6. Third-Party Rights
Any third-party materials included in Anchor publications remain subject to the rights and licensing terms of their respective owners. Nothing in this notice grants permission to use third-party intellectual property without the required authorization.
7. Legal Compliance
This notice is intended to protect original literary works and intellectual property while respecting applicable copyright exceptions, permitted uses, and other legal rights.
